How long do the juices last?

Our juices are raw and unpasteurized. Keep refrigerated and enjoy within 5–7 days. Look for the “Best By” date on your bottle.

Do you use preservatives or added sugars?

No preservatives, no added sugars, and no shortcuts—just clean, vibrant juice made from whole fruits, vegetables, herbs, and roots.

Do you offer delivery or pickup?

Yes! We offer local delivery and pickup options. Review our policies below:

Delivery Policy

Delivery Day: Sundays

Delivery Window: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM. Please select a preferred 2-hour delivery window at checkout.

Delivery Area: Greater Phoenix Area

Order Deadline: Orders must be placed by Friday at 4:00 PM for Sunday delivery.

Order Adjustments: Because our juices are made fresh to order, you may request changes or cancellations within 4 hours of placing your order. After this window, all sales are final to ensure product freshness and timely preparation.

If you notice an error in your order after the 4-hour window, please contact us as soon as possible at Contact@nourishandflowjuicery.com. While we cannot guarantee changes after this point, we will do our best to accommodate you if production hasn't started.

Minimum Order: No minimums. Delivery is free for orders of $24 or more.

Pickup Days: Monday – Thursday

Pickup Hours: 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM

Curbside Pickup Location and Instructions:

501 N 36th St, Phoenix, AZ 85008. Park alongside 36th st near the elementary school. Wait in your car and we will bring out your order within 5 minutes.

Order Deadline: Orders must be placed by 4:00 PM the day before your desired pickup date.

At Nourish and Flow,  we are committed to providing the highest-quality, cold-pressed juices made with fresh, natural ingredients. Because our products are perishable and made to order, we have a limited return and refund policy to ensure the safety and integrity of every bottle.

Returns

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery so we can make it right.

Refunds or Replacements

We will happily offer a refund or replacement if:

Your order arrives damaged or spoiled

You receive the wrong product

There is a quality issue (e.g., incorrect seal, missing bottle)

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled up to 4 hours after placing your order. After that point, your order is already in production and cannot be cancelled.
